    What is BW Satisfaction Guarantee?

    The BW Satisfaction Guarantee is an optional upgrade designed to protect your gown purchase. If your dress does not meet your expectations, you can be refunded up to 100% in store credits, upon review of your claim.

    Please note that the BW Satisfaction Guarantee itself, along with any discounts or promo codes applied, are not refundable. Duties, taxes, exchange fees, and return shipping are also not covered.

    Terms & Conditions

    1. The BW Satisfaction Guarantee must be purchased together with your gown order.
    2. Refunds are issued in store credits only (not cash).
    3. Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and are non-transferable.
    4. The original gown must be returned in its delivered condition.
    5. Duties, taxes, exchange fees, and return shipping costs are excluded from coverage.
    6. The BW Satisfaction Guarantee upgrade fee itself is non-refundable.
    7. Issues caused by changes in body measurements after purchase, third-party alterations, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
    8. Each order is eligible for one claim only. Store credits issued under an approved claim cannot be claimed against again for a replacement gown.
    9. All claims will be assessed fairly and transparently, and management's decision will be final.

    How can I add BW Satisfaction Guarantee?

    You can select BW Satisfaction Guarantee at checkout by ticking the upgrade option.

    How do I confirm that I've added it?

    Your order confirmation and email summary will clearly state that your gown is protected with BW Satisfaction Guarantee.

    Can I cancel the upgrade?

    The BW Satisfaction Guarantee can only be cancelled if your gown order is cancelled before it is confirmed.

    How do I make a claim?

    If you need to make a claim:

    1. Take 3–5 clear photos that show the issue (fit, workmanship, fabric, or design).
    2. Email your claim to support@bespokewear.ai within 7 days of receiving your gown.
    3. You'll receive an acknowledgment email once your claim has been submitted.
    4. Our team will review your claim within 14 working days.
    5. If approved, the gown must be returned within 14 business days. Once received, store credits will be issued within 7 working days.

    What happens if my claim is approved?

    Upon review of your claim, you can be refunded up to 100% in store credits. These credits will be valid for 12 months and can be applied toward future orders.
